BEBO announces a new strategy and becomes BE MAKER

BEBO Health SA (BEBO) is deploying a new growth strategy for consumer goods designed to promote the image of sports and cultural legends. It has just acquired 100% of MM Winemaker SA (MMW), a Swiss company holding exclusive distribution contracts for global icons. Its new name: BE MAKER SA.


As part of its development, BEBO, historically active in Wellness products, is changing its strategy and becoming BE MAKER. It is gaining a new dimension through the acquisition by new shares emission and offsetting of receivables converted into shares of MMW, by reverse takeover (RTO). The amount of the transaction reaches €129 million, confirmed at the EGM of September 25, in Geneva.

BEBO, dedicated so far to the sale & distribution of wellness products, is refocusing its activities on the promotion of exclusive distribution contracts dedicated to the marketing of products associated with the image of sports and cultural legends.

MMW already benefits from significant distribution contracts for the next 5 years with several sports legends, including those associated with Lionel Messi, along with an exceptional collection of Italian wines. The exclusive distribution contracts signed by importing have cumulated value of several hundred million euros. Other legends will be announced soon, as well as a diversification of products and services.

Mrs. Maria Elisabetta SCAVIA, MMW sole shareholder, is appointed Chair of the Board of Directors of BE MAKER, which has 5 members.

This significant operation aims to transfer BE MAKER to the Euronext GROWTH segment within the best delays.
